Still working on my book
It's taking longer then I had figured.
It's still coming along.
Slowly but it's getting there.
I've been working on new recipes and helpful tips for people. (Food prep. handy tools, and many other things.)

working on my first book
Since we have gone high raw. I decided to start writing my first book. I know there are a lot of books out there on the raw diet. I thought it would be a good idea to write my own version telling how I started my journey and give some helpful tips to those who want to start their own journey.
I'm hoping that some of the things that have worked for my family will help some others. The major thing to think about when you are starting out is to get rid of all the processed foods in your house that will interfer with you moving forward.
The second thing is to set up your kitchen to make it easier to prepare your food.
I suggest to have a few good cutting boards and a good set of sharp knifes. a food processor and a blender are a must for a raw kitchen.
Containers for storage of nuts, seeds and berries (Goji, raisins, ect.) are good to have in your pantry.
I'll go into the pantry part later on.
always remember a raw food lifestyle is a work in progress and it doesn't happen over night.
